• Configurable local transcription engine: transcribe on your own network without OpenAI or Google — significant savings, confidential data, stereo diarization with 100% guaranteed speaker attribution
• Per-department directory: separate directory per department (or per company in multi-tenant)
• Built-in VoIP/SIP trunk compatibility checker
• Additional PowerBI templates

On pricing: unlike many competitors who charge high add-on fees for AI, 3CX builds these features into its existing editions — and local transcription is a fraction of the cost of OpenAI.
